Caiti

Wanderflower Body Co. products are handcrafted by me, Caiti — an Alaskan, wife, mom, believer, and registered nurse.

After facing my own health challenges, I began rethinking what I was using every day and couldn’t find products that made sense to my science-minded brain.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve spent countless hours researching ingredients, studying fatty acid profiles, and testing formulations — creating products that are both thoughtfully designed and grounded in real understanding.

Every formula is built with intention, so you don’t have to overthink it.

The Wanderflower Difference

Local, Wild & Organic

We prioritize local, Alaska sourcing and wild harvesting whenever possible. Many plants are responsibly gathered on Dena’ina land, with additional organic ingredients carefully selected.

Natural

Our oil-based products are naturally stable and best stored in a cool, dry place. Facial mists are preserved using gentle fermentation-based systems to maintain freshness.

Research-Based

Not everyone has time to analyze formulations or ingredient ratios. We’ve done the work for you — choosing every ingredient with intention for both performance and safety.

Transparent

No hidden ingredients. We avoid vague terms like “fragrance” or “natural flavors” and clearly list every ingredient — so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Non-toxic

You won’t find petroleum-derived ingredients, mineral oil, or unnecessary additives in our formulas. We use high-quality, organic, cold-pressed oils selected for both performance and safety.

An Easy Solution

Skincare doesn’t have to be complicated. Each collection is designed as a simple, complete routine that works together for intentional care.

Ingredient Spotlight

small clay pot of tallow

Tallow

Tallow is certainly seeing a lot of buzz these days, but it’s been used as a skin moisturizer by various cultures around the world for ages! Slow-rendered in house using only the hard, nutrient-rich fat that surrounds the kidneys (suet), all of our tallow comes from a family-run cattle farm in Delta Junction, Alaska.

Carrier Oils

Our whipped tallow balms feature a signature balanced oil blend. After countless hours of research, pages and pages of calculations for each fatty acid and vitamin level, and numerous formulations, we chose to combine tallow with organic, cold-pressed jojoba, rosehip seed, and sweet almond oils to achieve a smooth, rich texture that’s incredible for your skin. Adding these gives the tallow a boost of nutrients as well as linoleic, linolenic and gadoleic fatty acids.
